3ROC, our yoga instructors, and the Wilkins School Community Center (WSCC) have teamed up to bring donation based classes to Regent Square on Monday evenings!

Join your favorite 3ROC yoga instructors just down the street from the shop at WSCC every Monday evening beginning at 7pm! Get centered for the week ahead with instructors Arjun, Bianca and Natalie! All experience levels and abilities are welcome.

This drop in community class has a suggested donation of $5-10 per person to support our instructors.
