CLASSIC PACKAGE

Duration: 3 Hours | Basic DIY Birthday Party

The Classic Package is designed for guests who want an affordable space and prefer to manage party setup and activities independently.

What’s Included:

  • Free, convenient parking

  • Access to designated indoor and outdoor spaces, including the playground, weather permitting.

SILVER PACKAGE

The Silver Package is designed for families who want WSCC to handle key logistics while still allowing you to personalize your celebration.

What’s Included:

Everything in the Classic Package, plus:

  • Setup and cleanup assistance

  • Basic party supplies

  • Sound system for background music

  • Basic Party Games and/or Activity Options from WSCC Add-Ons

  • On-site staff assistance before and after the event

Setup Assistance — $50 (Classic Package add-on)

  • Includes: Table and chair setup, basic room preparation, and placement of customer-provided party supplies.

  • Ideal for families who want to decorate and organize their own party, but would like help preparing the room beforehand.

Cleanup Assistance — $50 (Classic Package add-on)

  • Includes: Basic table cleanup, trash removal, floor sweep, and returning tables and chairs to their standard arrangement.

  • Let our staff handle the post-party cleanup so you can enjoy the rest of your day.

  • WSCC schedules one hour between room/auditorium rentals to allow time for the previous group to clean up and the next group to set up.

    Please do not arrive early to set up before your scheduled rental time, as the auditorium may still be in use by another group.

    When requesting a rental, please make sure your reserved time includes everything you need for your event, including setup and cleanup. The room must be cleaned and returned to the same condition in which it was found before the end of your rental.tem description

  • We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance.

    Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation are not eligible for a refund.
