Our Facilities

    Studios

    The center has six unique rooms, including a dance studio. Our rooms have ample natural light, hardwood floors, and AC. Amenities include free Wi-Fi and independent heat/AC. Max. Capacity: 40 (24′ x 32′)

    Auditorium with Stage

    WSCC’s multipurpose auditorium is ideal for large gatherings. It features a 14’ x 32’ stage, tables, chairs, ramp access, and independent heat/AC. Capacity: 75 (48’x24′)

    Exhibition Gallery

    Showcase your work at WSCC! Exhibit in our gallery, join a community art show or display online. The gallery can also host small meetings. Exhibitions can also use common areas. Capacity: 8 (12’x24′)

  • Classrooms

    Member Rate: $35/hour
    Non-member Rate: $45/hour

  • Auditorium – Weekday Rental

    Monday–Thursday

    Member Rate: $55/hour

    Non-member Rate: $65/hour

    3-hour minimum

    All rentals must end with cleanup by 9:30 PM.

  • Auditorium – Weekend Rental

    Friday after 3:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday

    Member Rate: $75/hour
    Non-Member Rate: $90/hour

    All rentals must end with cleanup by 9:30 PM.

Please Include Setup and Cleanup Time

WSCC schedules one hour between auditorium rentals to allow the previous group time to clean up and the next group time to set up. Please do not arrive before your scheduled rental time, as the auditorium may still be in use by another group.

When booking your rental, please ensure your reserved time includes everything needed for your event, including setup, decorating, cleanup, and removal of personal items. Before your rental period ends, the room must be cleaned and returned to the same condition in which it was found.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date are not eligible for a refund.

    For cancellations made between 2 and 7 days before the rental date, please contact WSCC to discuss your options.
