The arrival of spring at the WSCC meant rows of bookshelves and the rustle of turning pages. This year, we are turning the page on a brand-new tradition.
We’ve traded the paperbacks for paddock-mates and the hardcovers for heart-melters. Join us for an afternoon of community and cuddles as we introduce you to our visiting baby lambs. We are thrilled to be partnering with our friends at Capricious Goats to bring these sweet characters to the neighborhood!
The Reading Pen: A cozy, quiet space to sit with a lamb. (No library card required!)
"Cuddle a Character" Sessions: A limited number of opportunities to cuddle our youngest guests and bring your favorite storybook "tails" to life.
A Note on Our "Storytime": To ensure every guest gets their fair share of cuddles, please arrive at the start of your scheduled time. We don't want to miss a single page of your session!
All proceeds from The New Chapter go directly toward the WSCC General Fund, supporting the essential maintenance of our historic building and the community programming you love.
General Admission: $5 per person / $15 per family
Cuddle Sessions: $10 (Timed sessions; pre-registration is highly recommended to secure your spot!)
