The next series of
wine classes is listed below, and the cost of each is $20/person unless
otherwise noted. Class size is normally limited to 20, so to ensure a
place please send your registration with a check as soon as
possible (first checks take precedence), but no later than the Saturday
before each class, to Wilkins School Community
Center,

January 29th, 2008 – Languedoc/Roussillon – Mostly Reds France’s most southerly area has huge production, and we’ll taste a wide range of wines that can be rich and full bodied with a reputation for good values. It’s also embroiled in a drive towards appellation simplification. What’s going on? February 5th, 2008 – Reds and Whites These wine continue to fill up the LCB aisle with enticing tasting notes and great markdown prices. We’ll taste a full range of interesting wines in search of real values. February 12th, 2008 – Reds and Whites Malbec has become the signature wine of Argentina, but it has
a much broader base of red and white wines and a long tradition of
viticulture. We’ll cover as many wines
and grapes as we can. |
