  • OTHER Information
  • All crafts should be HANDMADE BY THE CRAFTER, new, clean, and neat.
  • Each crafter is asked to limit inventory to 30 (thirty) items.
  • If your items are necessarily numerous, such as candy, baked goods or small ornaments, contact Francine.
  • Sales records will be checked daily. Crafters will be called and asked to bring in more items as needed or on customer request. Remember:  Quality and creativity are more impressive than quantity. WSCC wishes to truly showcase your work.
  • Crafters may not withdraw items before end of sale period.
  •  Bakers & Candy makers please note:

We hope to increase our food selection this year, but items must be fresh daily. Food vendors may deliver during HGS hours and adjust inventory records as needed.  ALL items must be tagged.

~ ~ ~~ ~~ ~ ~ ~ ~Product Tags~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~  ~ ~ ~

  •  To make the sales persons' jobs easier and to reduce accounting errors, make sure every item is securely tagged

  • Use LARGE, PLAIN print & numbers to avoid errors in recording sales.

  • Fabric items must have tags pinned to them. Tape tags to pottery, baked goods, candles or other items that tags may not stick to.

  • Each item must have its own number, tag, and listing. Six IDENTICAL items receive six DIFFERENT numbers, six separate tags, and six individual listings on the inventory list.

  • If you have a necklace, earrings and bracelet set, label each separately with a separate price. Many customers do not want to buy all 3 matching items. WSCC will not be responsible for unlabeled items.
  • Retail price should not include sales tax. WSCC will add the tax, collect it and remit tax to PA Treasury.
  • Untagged items will not be accepted at drop off. Bring extra, replacement tags with you.

  •   Sample Layout of Tag: Print the Crafter Number first, followed by the Item Number (1 to 30)   Crafter Number includes (1) your initials AND (2) your specific number.  Also include a brief description of the item.

If your item is not readily identifiable, LABEL it. Customers are shy - if they cannot identify an object they will not ask and they will not buy! Questions? Call Francine: 412-871-5491.
