Saturday Soul Line Dance Party

Most Every Saturday from 12:30 - 3:30 *

Soul Line Dancing provides a great mind/body workout. We make it fun by using popular music and we make it easy by teaching each dance step by step. No experience or special skills are required and there are no age barriers. We start out with some of the easiest popular dances like the Electric Slide and the Cupid Shuffle then we gradually progress to many of the newer dances that we helped to introduce to the local dancing community including: Lady Soul, Extender, Down South Shuffle, Chicago Slide and the Steel City Slide.

12:30 - beginners

1:30 - beginners-intermediate

3:30 - intermediate-advanced

Good exercise and great fun-Wear comfortable clothes- Bring water
